How is the process?
Book maintenance. Put the suspension fork together with the order confirmation in a package and send it to us. If you are aware of a defect in the fork, please write it to us on the cover letter when sending it in. When we receive the fork, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. The maintenance will be completed within a few days and the fork will be sent back to you.
How long does the service take?
The processing time for a suspension fork usually takes one week. If the invoice is then paid via Paypal, the fork will be sent back to you immediately.
Which seals are used?
In addition to the original seals from the manufacturers, we use tuning seals from the brands: Racingbros, Fast, SKF and Dämpferklinik. The Racingbros seals are included in this offer.
Guarantee?
We give a 6-month guarantee on functionality and tightness on assemblies and seals.
