Payment terms

We offer the following payment options: bank transfer or advance payment.



Pay in advance and receive the goods conveniently and cost-effectively delivered to your home. Your ordered parts will be reserved by us after your payment has been received and booked and, if necessary, reordered by the supplier. The stated availability applies from the time of receipt of payment. You will receive an email notification when we have received and processed your payment.



ApplePay: If you surf our sites using the Apple browser Safari, you will see the ApplePay payment method during the check-out process. Once you have this method set up, you can easily use it to pay at Bike Mailorder. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed immediately and shipped within the specified delivery time.



Cash payment upon collection is also possible. You can collect your order directly from us. Please order all parts online and select “self-collection” as the shipping method. You will receive an email as soon as all items are ready for pickup.
