How is the process?
Put the suspension fork together with the cover letter in a package and send it to us. If you are aware of a defect in the fork, please write it to us on the cover letter when sending it in. When we receive the fork, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. The maintenance will be completed within a few days and the fork will be sent back to you.
