How is the process?
Put the suspension fork together with the cover letter in a package and send it to us (do not send disassembled forks). If you know of a defect in the fork, please register in advance using the contact form. When we receive the fork, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. The maintenance will be completed within a few days and the fork will be sent back to you.
