How does the processing work?

Please put the suspension fork together with a cover letter in a package and send it to us. Please do not send disassembled forks. If you are aware of a defect in the fork, please report this in advance using the contact form. As soon as we receive the fork, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email. Your suspension fork will be serviced within a few days and then returned to you.

How long does this service take?

Normally the lead time for a suspension fork is one to two weeks. You are welcome to inquire about current processing times by phone or email.
The mechanic usually communicates the price of required spare parts over the phone so that maintenance can be completed without delays.
